Print this 35 page document, you can document all the maintenance logs done on your vehicle including date stamp from the dealer/service center ,notes for that service and it will also be useful for warranty purpose

 

I have me a binder (3 in fact, 1 for maintenance log, 1 for the Manual, 1 for the TSB's). So, they want proof? I got proof. Logs, receipts, etc.!
