Still trying to find a die-cast 330, have a 300, and an IS 250/350, but so far have come up with zero on the 330/350/400. If anyone has a line on a die-cast, please post and let all of us know! Wonder if that little off-roader is on-line with Toys-R-us? They closed our only local store some time back.

Actually Tomy (overseas brand in Japan) makes diecast of the RX330. Its called the Harrier (duh) I seen many of them last year when I went to Hong Kong. But I dint have my RX yet so I dint pick up any. I believe there is like 3 different ones I've seen.. an ambulance, a taxi and the regular pass car.

As for the diecast goto eebay and type in "toyota harrier tomy"
Hope that helps.
Wow, thanks for the ToysRus web site info, searched theior site several times and couldn’t find them. I immediately ordered one of the RX's. Very Much appreciated!!!
Thanks also for the clue on searching e-prey, but those diecasts were really disappointing compared to the RX300 and the IS that we have. The diecasts of the Lexus we have are the ones that have every part detailed including interiors with 'wood' trim, steerable front wheels (via steering wheel), opening doors, hood (with detailed engines), and opening hatch/trunk, custom wheels etc..
