Were there issues after the purchase?
Buyer has the right to change his/her mind befoe taking the delivery. If it was then start by making a phone appointment with sales manager

Yeah i have a few issues which i didn't see when i picked up the car at night and now they are refusing to fix. Will see how it goes. I bought it at arlington lexus in palatine il.

They will need to fix it. What's the problem? It should still be under warranty.
I picked mines up at nightime as well. But, I had the dealer write me a letter stating that if I find something wrong on the car, for example, dents, etc...that I could bring it back and they will take care of it. They agreed no problem.

I do have such a letter for the stuff i saw before i picked it up , when i told salesperson the next day about the stuff i didn't see he told me he'll take care of it and last night that s. o. .b told me it wasn't there when delivery occured. He spoke to sales manager and they refused to take care of it.
It's a curb rash on 2 of the wheels and some loose material on the back of the front seats which looks like it's ripped out.

Is time to call Lexus headquarters! Be prepared to give them the dealership info. Lexus headquarters will contact the dealer. Next time you go there they will be on their knees! You watch.
Spoke to a lexus rep and was told they will call me back within 2 days , i wonder what's gone happen . Hopefully it will get resolved in a matter of time . Thx buds.
