My check engine light,2007 RX-350,came on 2 weeks ago and a few days later it went off. Now 2 weeks later it came on again,I checked the gas cap and it was tight, I disconnected the battery and now the light went off. What is going on with this so called great auto? Is it a computer glitch? This is my second Lexus and I had no problem with the first one and now this.Has anyone else had this problem?The car runs good otherwise.I need to take it in for its 15k check in about 2k miles otherwise I will keep driving it if it still runs OK.If it blows the engine Lexus can eat the cost of replacing it.

Sorry I punched the wrong button..

 

I wish my ES drives like the RX because it doesn't have the flare. In fact, no other model in the Lexus line have this transmission problem. Makes me mad just replying this.
