Finally brought my RX350 in to the dealer this weekend for personal setups - can't understand why we can't just do this from the nav screen, but oh well.

Had them turn off the door lock & unlock beeps and they turned the volume of the rear hatch down to almost silent - said they couldn't turn that one off,but it is very very low now.

Just doing my part to reduce the noise level in this overly noisey world....

Do you know if they can make the door locks beep louder?

 

LOUDER??? I don't know - I had them turn it off completely - it reminded me of the Ford's that beep their horns when they lock the doors.

I read your post before taking my 350 in for service and asked them to turn down the beep volume on the rear hatch. As you can expect, they told me it cannot be done. Frustrating to say the least.

I have a 2005 RX330 and need to get my beeps and rear door sound lowered. Was there any charge for them to do this or is there any way I can do it myself?

 

Kudos to you for doing the research. Now we will have to wait if they are still around to answer this question.
