These instructions are very good, but I'll add:
On STEP #7 -- if you don't put these two bolts back, there appears to be a lot of creaking and squeaking coming from the radio unit while driving around rough roads.
The bolt size is x m6 bolt, 10mm, L16 (metric 6mm thread, 10mm bolt head (socket) size, length 16mm).
I lost these bolts, but replaced them with a $.70 replacement pack from home depot (they didn't have the exact 16mm length so I went with a slightly shorter one which seems to work).
Being prepared with these replacement bolts might be easier than trying not to lose the two while removing the unit.
Also, I went with the USA Spec PA-15 TOY ipod adapter which was a little cheaper but still has enough functionality.
Hope this helps someone.

How important are those two screws for the radio
So I just added a vaistech SL3B bluetooth streaming kit to my '08 RX400h and lost both of those two bolts that are way in the back down the cavity and they are gone. The radio is still held in with two other bolts and clips so my questions is, just how important are those two pain in the a$$ screws?
