Hello all. Our 2007 RX350 with 91,000 miles started an annoying rattle at startup that lasts a couple seconds then goes away. The car drives fine and makes no unusual noise after the initial start. Any TSBs that anyone knows about or anywhere I can start looking. Its definitely not normal as it hasn't done it the last 91K miles we have driven the car. Thank you!

 

Could be your timing chain. Get your timing checked out, that indicate if you need a new chain.

 

Check the water pump too.

use OEM oil filter and your problem solved.
