Halogen Fluid for My Halegen Headlites
Took vehicle in & was told I was almost 2 qts. low on the halogen fluid for my headlights. They said the fluid costs about $45 a qt installed. Is this a fair price?

Tell them if they charge you $45 for halogen fluid you will report them to the police for fraud and theft. Oh, and if you buy any halogen fluid from these guys I have land for sale on Mars.
