Checking Front Differential Fluid Level

Checking Front Differential Fluid Level
Please advise proper procedure for checking fluid level. Where should fluid level be on dipstick & what type fluid does my Rx330 require. Would also like to know how & where to add fluid.

Unfortunately there is no dipstick to check diff. fluid level, the only way is to open the drain plug to check it out.
