Lexus Owner Registration
Hi All,
I tried to register myself as a brand new RX330 owner. However, I keep getting the error:

Error: 'this.submitButton' is null or not an object

I have triple checked my VIN numbers, they are all correct. Do you know what's going on? Thanks.

I'm getting a very similar error message when I try to contact Lexus Canada......the best bet is to phone them directly (in your case, Lexus USA head office of course). Register there & explain the problem to one of their customer service reps.

Most likely It is a Javascript error on the website. The software guys developing or hosting the website need to fix it. You might want to contact their Web Administrator (if they have a link to contact).
