Default Mpg

What kind of MPG should I expect out of my new RX 330? On the first tank, we got 17 MPG. The second tank we got 19.6 MPG. What is the average PMG for those of you who have owned one for a few months or more?

I have a AWD 330. Just got back from a 1850 mile road trip thru TN, GA and FL, got 23.3 MPG's. Was real happy with this. Average speed on interstate was 65 to 75. Vehicle is about 6 months old. Hope this helps.
Best Regards...........Bob

When driving mostly expressways and 55 MPH rural roads, I get about 22 mpg.
When doing lots of short trips in suburban stop-and-go traffic, I only get about 17 mpg.

Like rkytop_bob, I just recently completed a 4,000 mile trip. On the freeway at 65-75 mph I average 23-24 mpg. In combined city/highway I get 22-23 mpg. In the city I get 19 - 20 mpg in my AWD RX330.

Thanks-

My Rx is a 2WD, and as I break it in it seems to be getting better gas mileage. I was a little worried when it got 17 MPG on the first tank of gas. AS of today's refill it was getting 19.6 MPG. I do love the feature that keeps track of MPG for you on the GPS/Nav system. I'm still trying to figure out how to use all of the bells and whistles - how do you reset the trip odometer on the GPS/Nav system?

It takes time to read the whole manual to use all these bells and whistles. To reset the trip odometer on the GPS/Nav system, you can use a hammer.

I have a 2WD 330. Went on trip with 5 adults & luggage across I-4 in Florida. Averaged speed of about 75mph- except when stuck in a traffic around Disney. Round trip was 350 miles, the RX said 26.5 mpg, per my calculation came to 25.8mpg. Very happy with this, also better than the RX300 I had before.
