2008 RX350 rear hatch release button jammed

So for a few years, the power liftgate hasn’t been working, so I have been using the button below the Lexus logo to open the hatch manually and up until recently it’s been working fine. A month or two ago, I went to open the hatch, and I heard the lock mechanism unlock and the hatch opened fine, but the button was jammed and didn’t return back to its normal position, so when I closed it and tried to open it again, it wouldn’t even attempt to unlock. After a few days I tried again, and the button was back in its normal position and worked fine. Fast forward to now, the exact same thing happens. The button feels stiff, the hatch opens up the first time, but after closing it and trying to open it again, the button no longer clicks, and the hatch does not budge. I thought it could’ve been frozen but it was only 45 degrees outside. Is this button replaceable? Because I would honestly rather just replace it than fix whatever is wrong with the power liftgate system.
