2015 NX300H tailgate won’t close, button pressing only creates a beep
My tailgate opened from the rear button, but now won’t close using any of the three buttons, ie, interior, FOB, or tailgate button

I had this issue when replaced battery. What I did was slowly pushing tailgate manually to close. This reset it and now work like a charm.
