08 RX350 Crankshaft position sensor
I have searched on here and I have not found any useful info on the RX350 location of the crankshaft position sensor, just need a diagram of 08 RX350 and everything I look at ends up being a different model or ten years newer
You can see the sensor better if you pull the front passenger side tire.
Margate 330 thanks for diagram of crank sensor on 2008 rx350. Do you know if it is possible to replace without disassembling a/c pulley or compressor?

On the RX330 it's easy peasy.
I saw it when I did my timing belt.
If you want to try it and compare your findings, please post up what you find and some pics please.
On my RX330, all someone has to do is.
(1): remove passenger side wheel
(2): remove plastic covers in the way
(3): witness the wires coming from above down to the crank sensor, the crank sensor was behind the crank pulley.
(4): remove crank pulley and see the reluctor ring with teeth and the crank sensor
That's to the best from what I remember and hope I didn't screw that up. Haha
The RX350 is a different engine so I'd just remove the wheel and covers and let us know what you see in there.
Might not have to remove anything else but I don't know
PS, I had it all apart for a timing belt but I'm not sure if removing the crank pulley is necessary for just replacing the sensor. There may be a way to sneak in a small ratchet and pull the two screws holding down the sensor, that would be awesome.
