Thank you so much! I can't begin totell you how much I appreciate people like you that take the time to answer and educate women like me. I will definitely take it to a Lexus dealer

I would find a good independent shop over a dealer. A dealer can have too much overhead and greed to be a better pick than a solid independent shop. They try to get work done fast and quick, so it may be expensive to get a proper diagnosis on something like this. Independent shops also usually work on all types of cars and older cars so they get to see a lot more of a variety.

I hope your Lexus can be sorted out soon enough!

I'm glad ypu said that. Every time I've called Lexus it's been super expensive. Even for small things. Thank you again
