Default My 2000 RX300 experiences a sudden jerk while accelerating

My rx300 suddenly jerks up with a loud noise like its gonna stop while driving but doesn't stop and this is not the type of jerking when its changing gears. I recently had the transmission rebuilt due to the reverse gear not engaging properly and change the differentials (front and rear) The differential oils are okay. I really cannot tell what the problem is and it quite scary whenever this jerk happens. Anyone with this experience? Could this be a problem with the transmission, differentials. transfer case, or even the fuel pump...

Not sure I understand what is going on based on your description. Please (safely) record a video and post it.

Do you see tire skid marks at the location of jerk?
