Right front wheel grabbing can’t move SUV
My wife was driving today and it started jumping and it wouldn’t go into any gear.
theCaliper isNot stuck against the Rotor. The wrecker had a tough time getting
it off wrecker. I’ve never heard of this but Im certain that someone on her knows
what happened and how to fix it.

If the brakes are not grabbing then the sequence is CV shaft, transfer case, transmission. Since the shifter is not allowing you to shift then brake safety interlock can be a problem. If you can shift, but the transmission fails to respond, then shift cable and the transmission could be bad.
If we look at the two symptoms you posted ... the intersection happens at the transmission. As an owner you can check the transmission fluid level and its condition.

It was the Transmission and builder said he’s having trouble finding a good transmission to rebuild. He had two sent to him and both had bad Planatery gears which
are what’s bad in my wife’s.
