Default 1999 RX300 radiator cap

I bought two radiator caps from toyota stealership, one with part number 16401-20353 88kpa, the other one is 16401-36020 108kpa
does anyone know which one will fit the rx300? are they interchangeable?

To be safe, call the Lexus dealership with your VIN number. Once they give you their part number you can then check to see the max pressure rating. Year to year and AWD/FWD differences can lead to different pressure ratings. If you must use one, then use the lower pressure rating till the right pressure is determined. This way the worst thing you can experience is loss of fluid. If you use the higher pressure cap you may stress out some other component of the cooling circuit. It is almost like using higher Amperage fuse.

In this case "Yes". If had traded hands before you then you are at mercy of the previous owners doing. The other good thing is that you have been using this for years.
