Default radiator problem on 99 RX300

I have a 99 RX300 and I recently found a big branch lodged in my radiator that left a medium sized hole in the radiator after I took it out.
Should I get my radiator patched up or replaced? What would happen if I just left it as is? How much would it cost to have my radiator fixed? Not really sure what to do here so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I think you should replace it instead of trying to repair it. If you left it and keep driving it you will loss all the coolant( I assume the hole in the radiator is leaking coolant) and cause the engine overheat. Now you're talking about replace a new engine.
The cost to replace radiatio at Lexus is around $500.00. I'll get it done ASAP.

Default no leaking of coolant from radiator

The funny thing is that I haven't seen any coolant leaking from the radiator since I noticed the hole. I filled up the coolant in my car all the way and have been checking the radiator for any leaks for over 1 week now. Maybe the hole is not as bad as I thought.

You are one lucky guy. May be the lodge hit the radiator, but not deep enough to do any damage.
