Default 2002 rx ABS problem. Help needed.

Hi. I need a hand with diagnosing what is wrong with my 2002 rx 300. All three lights; Brake, Abs, and VSC was on and it took the vehicle to a repair shop and they say to change the left rear speed sensor. I got one off Amazon: https://www.amazon.com//gp/product/B00REIAHMM/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=AMSFXYI1KNNCS&psc=1

Now the problem is that after replacing the sensor my Abs activates on prematurely and binds the wheel and make it difficult to move when in very low speeds. And the brake pushes back at me. I scanned the abs with techstream and I saw the following codes c0215, c1210, c1223.

Meanwhile all three lights: break, abs, VSC is gone.

What could be wrong pls. I need help guys.

The left rear tone ring might be cracked or slipping

I second this.
Tone ring is on the axle shaft.
You either replace the axle or replace the tone ring.
