That looks like it came from a rear door edge panel trim.

Correct and Thanks! I would never have found it without you. I was looking all over and under the dash. Never occurred to me that it could be from the rear.

I have been missing the same piece off of my rear door panel for ages, does anyone happen to know where I could find a replacement?
