A public transit power cable fell on the roof of my RX300 and bent the roof rack cross bars.

I'm looking for a cheap but usable replacement. Looking for suggestions please.

Ebay has brand new ones for $130. Craigslist will have cheap ones too.

I'm assuming this is an insurance claim against the Public Transit Authority? Insurance adjusters have computerized access to used parts from wrecking yards all over the country and should be supplying them for you(?)

A private company was working on the power lines and they accidentally crossed a power line with the public transit power line which caused an explosion and caused the transit power cable to fall on my car. The private company already paid me off with a check. I just want cheap cross bars now to make the car look okay until I eventually go to sell it.
