Default CEL codes P0301, P0303, P0305 need help with fixing.

I purchased the car at 220k and just recently it started stumbling really bad on bottom end at idle. I pulled the CEL codes and got pretty much all the bank one cylinders are misfiring and it also had a code for igniter module too or possible o2 sensor. I did some reading up and also said possible ocv need to be replaced. What would you guys try and where do I get the ocv parts or rebuild kit as oreilley wanted like 80 per solenoid. It is a 2000 Lexus RX 300
Thanks guys.

I'd start with replacing ignition packs. Likely, as you have to get to bank 1 anyway, do all spark plugs same time.
As a word of wisdom, as I doubt your 2000 is somehow much different from our then 1999 RX, I did all plugs twice and 2 ignition packs on bank one without intake removal. 40-45 min. Lots of scratched forearms and requires swivel ratchet adapter but it worked. And I have large forearms. I simply scooted away throttle body, what cleared that side entry and removed - gosh, been years, some sort of device on the opposite end, pass side, blocking entry. then it was blind man by touch job and lots of special words, but beat the heck of $545 spark plugs change charge by dealer. I used same O'Reilly packs, they work fine. Yes, was some Ike $78 plus tax each...

You can try swapping the front and rear O2 sensors. The tool is only $10 at autozone. If that doesnt make a change, I would look at an electrical connect/short. Its unusual to have all 3 cylinders go bad. Rather than replacing the OCV, remove and clean the valves and the filter element. When did you change the timing belt last. It may have jumped a tooth. Go to rockauto and price out the denso OCV. I bought a dorman unit and it tossed a code in the first half hour of driving. Just giving you ideas. Good luck

Please report the codes.

If you got a code tied to the A/F sensor I would change that first. Those tend to fail by now. Use only Denso parts for that. If you still have an issue after the A/F sensor change, I agree with those pointing to the VVT/OCV. Check the bank 1 VVT filter and clean if necessary. If it is already clean, replace the bank1 VVT solenoid as those solenoids tend to fail by now.

If it is a timing belt, you should get other codes like P0016 P0018, P1346 or P1351. This is not an interference engine, so no worries if the belt is off time other than the engine starts to run rough. When was the timing belt last changed?
