Ok guy's my dad's Rx started misfiring in cylinders 1,3 and 5 really bad I mean so bad that it almost shut off, anyways I swapped the coils from 2, 4 and 6 cylinders to 1,3 and 5 and got the same code I even replaced the spark plugs my coils are good but got the p1349 code....could it be my ocv? Please help me also what are the part #'s for the bank 1 and 2 ocv's oh and the engine light is blinking and blinking.

 

i'd guess it is the rear ocv as well. I think its 153400A010 but best to call up your local Lexus parts counter to verify.
