AC/Heater Blower - Need Relay Location
My wife’s RX300 had the ac blower stop working just the other day. I’ve checked and neither the blower motor nor the blower control module seem to be getting power. Worked my way back to the fuse panel (I’d allready checked the marked 50a fuse before I did the other). I’m trying to find the relay as a wiring diagram posted here shows it’s traces back that way. However none of the relays are marked and no diagram i have found anywhere has them marked.
Hopefully someone can help me out. Thanks, John

Search should help. Essentially the really module sits in the duct system and is near the air mix & mode servo. A good test is to dial up the fan speed and if you see the display bars go up but the fan does not respond then this module is most likely toast.

I found the control module right next to the blower. It seems to mostly just be a variable resistor/capacitor arrangement. The board looks clean and none of the caps are bulging. I don’t think it is the issue. It seems no power is getting to it. A wiring diagram posted somewhere shows power coming from a “heater” relay that I’d assume is in the fuse and relay box by the battery. Problem is I don’t know which relay it is. The owners manual only labels the fuses.
The controls all repsond and the moving the fan speed **** changes the graphic. However it does not actually turn in the blower at any point.

The module sits inside the air duct, near the servos. It is like a large IC which is not hermetically sealed.
