Default desperately need help diagnosing A/C and heat issue

Hey guys, I have a 2011 ES350. The car is actually my mothers but I drive it a lot and am trying to fix it.

So a little while ago, the battery died on the car and someone tried jumping it for my mom. They mistakenly jumped it backwards and blew a couple fuses on the car. The ac and heat has not worked since.
I replaced the fusible link myself, the ac blower motor, and have checked the fuse box in the engine bay and under the steering wheel.

Unless I missed a fuse, I do not think it is a fuse problem.

Okay now to the issue.
The car turns on obviously, prior to the fusible link replacement the traction control light was always on and the ac fan and heat did not pump.
So after research, I replaced that. The traction control light stopped but the ac doesn't work.
So I figured it's the motor. I replaced that too, and it still isn't working.

Im only 19, and can't afford a dealership visit and neither can she right now so I'm trying to avoid it but I set a diagnosis appointment at nearby dealer for $120.

Just to go over my steps, can anyone point me to the specific fuses I would need to check? And can anyone recommend anything for me? At this point I'm guessing it's the blower motor resistor but I can't find that and from some research I'm guessing the car has a computer controlled climate and resistors are for older cars?

Thanks guys for any help, I really appreciate it. Also, sorry for any disorganization or weird format writing, I've been typing this on my phone. Thanks again.

Danny

I would go to some auto place first and get them to pull the codes for you for free rather than replacing bits and pieces blindly.

What do you mean? There is a sensor for electrical problems like an OBD2 reader?

an obd2 reader will give most codes. if you can actually access the ac system via the nav/nonnav console, this pdf will give you more precise info on AC related problems

thanks so so much for your help. I'm going to look into it tomorrow morning. I know everyone always links to these PDFs, can you send me a link or something to the whole service manual
