Default Rear Antenna Motor

Hi Forum

Where can I get the little motor in the antenna pulley system?
I think it must be burnt out, I just replaced the antenna mast recently.

The entire assembly is 86300-0W030, motor is not sold separately as that is the main part. You can see the parts here: CLICK ME
You can get it at the dealer but ebay and Amazon has it in stock as well.

My mast's nylon cord snapped last year so I just left it as is. I have the mast halfway up (naturally slides down by itself) and radio reception is fine.

I got my RX as a gift with 170K miles. There's a lot of little things to fix. The antenna was being rotated and adjusted by hand until the motor took the antenna up or down. With the motor blown and the antenna up the radio service should be fine. To fix the issue completely all the parts can be found on ebay for cheap. Be careful what part you order because some of them may not be a one to one fit, and will require a small bit of customization to fit. If you dont hear a winding noise, or motor noise when you turn the car off and on from the back then the antenna motor is blown. The antenna and motor are 2 separate parts.

Easy job and the masts are cheap. I'd be amazed if your motor is really burned out.....check connections.
