Rx300 problems
I was on the freeway the other day and all of a sudden what it felt like was that I lost all power to my transmission I would push on the gas pedal and the RPM's would go but the car would not move. I did OBD2 test and it said that my P0500 which is my vehicle speed sensor was bad. Could this be causing the problems to my car to not have power? And when I put it into Park it will still roll unless I have the E-brake on what is causing this? Is my transmission gone?

Welcome to Club Lexus.
If you look through the reported transmission problems, yours does not seen to be similar enough.
I would say fix the CEL and check the condition [level, color, smell] of the transmission fluid.
