Drivers mirror
Hi,
do you guys know if it is possible to buy (where? how much) replacement for side mirror (drivers side).
My one is OK , not broken or anything but has (don't know if you noticed that) big "dead zone".
Quite often there is a car right next to me, just a bit in the back and I do not see it.
Id much more prefer to have a mirror that (like the one on passengers side) shows object that are smaller/further so that I could see more.

Have you looked on e-bay? I got an aftermarket wide angle mirror for my BMW but ended up putting the original back on - after 50 years looking through a regular mirror, I couldn't adapt to the wide angle!

Most folks do not adjust the mirrors right. There is famous publication (there is a link too ... maybe a member can post it or I will if I find it). If you can see your rear corner without moving your head, then most likely the side mirrors are maladjusted.
