Where can i get these mirror covers???

I did a boo-boo scratching one of my side mirrors up by parking too close to a wall, and i think i might as well get these chrome mirrors to cover the shxxy up. Where can i buy these and how much??

Looks like a turn indicator...similar to the ones seen on Mercedes vehicles.
