grumbling Noise front left tire
When I drive over a speed bump or rough road, there is a grumbling noise coming from my RX300 front left tire.
Was wondering if it could be a CV Joint or if anyone had any other ideas what it could be.
New tires and brakes installed last November.
I am 6 months down in Mexico right now and need to explain to the mechanic what I think it could be.

Start by doing a good visual ... may require the vehicle to be on the lift or jacked up.
Then try to swap out the wheel (front to back is if you have directional tires) and see if the noise travels.
There may be something loose in the suspension or the engine bay.
Other than pointing these out, no one can diagnose over the net. Yes you may hear stories like "____ happened to my RX", but that is just valid for that individual.
When you engage a mechanic, all you should do is describe the symptoms. It is mechanic's job to diagnose the problem.
