I just got my 99 RX300 trading in a 97 SC300.

The SC300 would store the mirror settings when you set your seats.
The RX300 just doesn't seem to store the mirror settings.

Is there something I need to change like one of those C-Best settings?
I didn't see this questions in the FAQ.

No, the 99 does not store mirror settings. Annoying, to say the least.

Did they update this for any model year? My trusty old 98 GS400 does it, but my wife's 'new' 02 RX300 doesn't. I was hoping there was a way around this.

The RX300 does not remember the mirror settings.

This was added to the RX330.

I think the mirrors positions go with the key, like the steering wheel. I'll have to check though.
