2001 rx300 issues please help maintenance reccomendations??

2001 rx300 issues please help maintenance reccomendations??
Hello, I own a 2001 RX300 with 193000 on her, bought car with 90,000 on her
Been great car, did one timing belt, and brakes and that's it, other than routine oil changes, etc.
The car is now wanting to stall at idle in drive and reverse
I looked on here, and did the spark flug change, and IACV myself......Car still wants to stall
Took to first mechanic, he took apart everything I did, and could not believe I did everything correctly, and says, it's probably the torque converter........(which is what I thought, since tranny does not slip, and goes thru each gear correctly, and overdrive works perfectly. He only charges me 100.00 which I think is more than fair.
Took to trans shop in town, they say, prob not trans, motor related. Pick up car, check engine light and VSC light comes on........No charge
Take to Lexus dealership.......Ask them to diagnose.......They say fuel contaminated.....Siphon tank put new gas in......Same problem.......300.00 charge.
Get referred to the best trans guy in town.......He fires up car, throws car in reverse then drive......You can hear the torque converter whining / whirring when in drive or reverse, he looks at me within 30 seconds, and says you need a torque converter, and solenoid while trans is apart........SHOULD I HAVE HIM DO THE CRANK SEAL WHILE TRANS IS OUT???
Sounds to me like he nailed it.........SAYS 900.00 FOR PARTS AND LABOR, I THINK THAT IS FAIR
DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY OTHER IDEAS AS WHAT I MIGHT NEED TO DO MAINTENANCE WISE ON THIS VEHICLE?? MY MECHANIC SAID THE CAR IS SO NICE SHOULD GET ANOTHER 100K OUT OF IT......
TRANSFER CASE???
DIFF???
OIL CONTROL VALVES???
REAR DIFF??
AUTO RX IN THE ENGINE CLEAN UP SLUDGE???
INJECTOR CLEANER???
ANY IDEAS WOULD BE APPRECIATED, THANKS!!!
