sorry to bother about this, but the search feature will not work [website not found]. I changed the suv battery. since then, my key fob will not lock/unlock anything. I have tried several re-program suggestions, but nothing works. the key worked fine before the suv battery change. can someone please tell me how to reactivate my remote key functions.

 

The program/configuration is in the non-volatile part of memory so a change in battery should not have affected it.

If the new battery terminals were reversed by accident then some fuses may have popped.

If an attempt to reprogram has been made, then we dont know how successful or unsuccessful the attempt was ... we really dont know where we are.

Please look up the DIY sticky and follow instructions posted by hypervish to reprogram.
