Ok, I've read a ton of threads about repairing the air servos, so I was confident in tackling this, but now that I have it all apart, trouble.
So I removed the air mix servo (the one that controls feet/face/defrost) cleaned it all out and got it put back together and put back in. I went to test it before putting the glovebox and stuff back, and I get nothing. The servo doesn't even try to engage, like its not even getting power, so I got out my multimeter and when I test the wire harness connecter, only getting .67 volts.
Just had the same issue. Try this. Plug the one the that's giving you trouble into the other servo. The connectors are the same, to see if it will calibrate( it should move back and forth to check the limits of motion). If it works plugged in to the other one then it is something else. You can also jumper from the battery, to the servo, to check and see if it moves. I used small alligator clips to attach to the pins.
Also check the pins on the connector and make sure they are straight. That was my problem when I took out the gauge cluster to replace some bulbs I bent some pins on the AC\ECU.
That should give you an idea if its the servo or something else.
That voltage is about right, That should change when you press the mode button.
The servo that moves the face, feet, defrost is the Mode servo.
