I've been sitting here reading through posts about dash lighting, and I'm trying to figure out if I have a couple lamps burned out.
I believe the ring around the ignition switch is supposed to be lit, correct?
Also, are any of the controls on the left side of the column supposed to be lit (Seat memory controls and mirror controls)
None of those are illuminated, so I'm wondering if they're supposed to be..

I know what you mean. The dash light for the shifter "D" is burnt out. I can easily look at the shifter to confirm what gear I'm in but I'm "OCD" too when it comes to cars. Originally Posted by 2KHarrier

Mine is too - has been for quite some time. I finally searched on here on how to change it. Seems pretty straightforward, but I think I'll skip it. I'll be selling mine within a few months anyway. I just told myself Lexus wanted it that way so the green light doesn't distract from your driving.Originally Posted by mshumack
