My RX300 third brake light is not working. The one on top of the hatch. The indicator inside the car also lid up.

My dealer try to charge me $60 to replace the light....

Is it really that hard to replace the light. Can anyone help please!

 

To replace the top-mount stop light, you have to take off a piece of moulding that covers the bulb and reflector unit on the inside of the car. After you pull that off, it's just a matter of removing the reflector portion from the door itelf, taking the old light bulb out and replacing it with a new one. Should take about 5 minutes to do.
