I obtained a new remote master key since I only had one remote and a valet key. The dealers that I went to told me they could not cut the key. Toyota also does not have the proper machine. Does anyone know who I can send the key to for cutting? It seems that I should be able to copy the valet key even though the remote master has a thinner center.

If the key is blank I believe a locksmith with a milling machine would be able to do it. I'd call a few locksmiths up and ask them if they will cut the key for you. I'm not saying this from experience. This is what I have read but hey its better than no info at all.

 

Some where I read that one has to find a locksmith with a laser cutter. Have not yet found one.
