Default Tail Light Failure Sensor

Any word on how to by pass this? I have no tail lights. Brake lights work fine. Replaced once already and would just like to by pass it.

When you replaced it last time, were the tail lights not working and that fixed it??

Take the bulb out from the dash. I did mine.
