anyone know how you are supposed to get the fog light bulbs out and replace them without touching the bulb too much? do you have to take the whole headlight housing out?

Use some latex gloves then there is no need to worry about touching the bulb.

Did you get the bulbs changed? I'm having the same problem. I've got an '02 with the Xenon Headlights. I bought a pair of the Sylvania Silverstars to replace the fogs with. There's no way to get at them from behind. I took the 2 screws out which seem to hold the headlight assembly in place, but it still seemed as if something was holding them in place. Any suggestions? Thanks.
