Fog Light went out.
Damn, I just noticed one of my fog lights went out (left one). Is it possible it was due to the raining this weekend? i went thru some rain puddles that has shortcutted something? Either that or the light bulb is out? Anyone with similiar problems?
What does it take to fix the fog lights? Are the bulbs easy to exchange myself? what aftermarket lights should i use now that I've got to replace it anyways? Any help's appreciated.

Rain shouldn't short circuit anything in your car because all wiring and electrical is well insulated (unless you deliberately removed it), and the fog lights in particular have the plastic cover underneath the engine to keep it dry. The bulb is probably dead. All it takes to fix this is a 10mm socket wrench and a brand new 55w H3 bulb. You can and probably should go with better aftermarket bulbs. The OE bulbs are pretty dim and yellowish in comparison to say a PIAA. I've heard of people using up to 85w H3s too.
It's a pretty easy task to install onced you've got it figured out. Just remove the six essential hexnut screws underneath the foglight. This will loosen the black plastic cover. The cover is now held in place by anyother cover adjacent to it. Slide it out from the other cover and hold it down to give yourself working space. You should see a gray box above, which is the foglight housing. Follow the wiring up to a little fastener that holds the wires down to the box. Remove the wire from the fastener gently. Locate the bulb in back and twist it (counter-clockwise?) free. SLide in the new bulb in.
