Climate Control Testing

I have no control over me heat/cold in my 1999 Lexus RX300. I have replaced the servo and it has moved into A/C or down location. I have disconnected battery and it began to function properly once but when I shut it off and restarted, the servo wouldn't respond at all.

Does anyone have any documentation on how to troubleshoot the climate control system. This is driving me nuts!!!! I am getting codes when testing Climate control: 21, 31, 41 and 43.
