Now I'm not 100% positive on this, but I believe the '93-94' CCU's are different from the '90-'92 CCU's. So no.

Is it possible to swap the "CCU", which I am assuming is a computer that controls it? If so, where is the CCU located?

CCU = climate control unit = climate control.
