Come to think of it, it's been about 2 years and 3 month's since I've had my RX and I have yet to change the wiper blades! They still work great. No streaking, squeaking, or skipping on the windshield. Washing the rubber with a little rubbing alcohol helps their performance when they become dirty, but I haven't really needed to do that either.

I thought it was part of Lexus milage/time based maintenance routine. Like filters and belts.

Checked my 2002 Owner's Manual Supplement. It's not
listed as a maintenance item at any service interval.

right, its not part of the maintenance.

They charge me a few dollars extra every service to change mine. I have no problems with it since by the time I got for a service my wipers are as toothy as a comb.

Talking

Was about every 3 months because of recurrent chattering on driver's side; have had PIAA Super Silicones on since 2/02 w/o any chatter or streaking!!! 10 months and counting...........

LexRX ,
I'm with you. My RX is over 2years old and they still work great. I do use RainX on all of my windows so I don't need the wipers that often.
