RX 330 Rear Windshield Wipers

Has anybody changed the rear windshield wiper on a RX 330? If so, please let me know how it's done and if you can use a regular wiper replacement from other than a lexus dealership.

measure the wiper

go tot he store tell the person the size and the instructions are ont he box

but usually there a clip you press in and pull offf
