I'm not trying to be rude, but next time please refer to the DIY sticky first, and then if you can't find what you are looking for, create a thread. Reason I say this is, because it's pointless to have a bunch of threads on the same subject, it just becomes cluttered.

many thanx to lexmex 
for his detailed photos and idiot proof instructions for mast replacement. just finished this and it works great. the new mast is stainless steel, about $22 on ebay, and it is a perfect look and fit.
