Stopped someplace other than my regular gas station and got bad gas! My mechanic cleaned out my fuel tank, but my fuel pump and filter need to be changed. Found the DIY and decided to do it myself instead of paying the mechanic $$$ to do it for me. I've removed the fuel pump assembly from the fuel tank, but can't get the fuel pressure regulator off the bottom of the assembly. I've removed the suction foot from the bottom but can't get the regulator to let go. Any suggestions? I don't want to break it.
