It's actually normal if the brake pedal feels soft. That's one characteristic of Toyota/Lexus vehicles, some people like it, some people don't. I like it compared to a hard brake pedal.

Bleeding the fluid, I had good luck with speedbleeders.

I have a sealed can of ATE blue that you can have for cheap if anyone close to 44223 wants it. I will be switching to amber next time.

For some reason, the exterior pics of the car are double the file size and fail to upload. The ones that I posted are 1.3 MB and the ones that won't are 3.0MB. Same camera taken same day. Anyone know how to get around this?

NyCrAzY, you are correct ....when i apply the brakes, the front give me more grip than rear which should not be in my opinion.....and i still have about 50% left on the pads ? something is wrong here!

That's how most disk brake systems work. They have front bias. It's mostly the front brakes that do the work. Which is why rear brake pads last much longer than front brake pads.
