Default Vibration steering when car is cold

After the car sits over night and I drive it down the highway when I hit 60 MPH I start to feel a vibration in the steering and car (sort of like running over some small rummble strips). It doesn't do it until I hit 60MPH and only last until 70. If I accelerator after that it seems to go away. Once the car warms up it tends to go away. I had the tires checked for balancing and they are okay - I also replaced the tires a while back when this first started and it is doing the same with new tires (Michelin now) and had Cooper tires before. So not sure if it a tire issue, wheel issue - Wheel Bearing issue or something in suspension.

Any Ideas on what to look at?

Let me add a question here, do you sense that the vibration is rattling the vehicle front to back or shaking it side to side?

It's hard to tell but I would probably say side to side more than front to back. It's not like it is jerking forward or back.

to be clear on this problem I don't really feel any shaking - just more of a light vibration like running on small rumble strips like they put on side of road or middle of two lane road.

I original thought it would be a tire but when I put new tires on and it did the same thing figured it wasn't that. and when it warms up it goes away.

This would be the area to ask about that for your vehicle,

My own personal opinion is that exhaust/muffler is the best bang for the buck as far as power.

When you say warm up, how many minutes have passed at that time?
