Forgive me if this is placed in the wrong location, I can't seem to see where to post an original query.
My 2001 RX300 heater fan is only functioning on upper fan. Even when I set the selector on Windshield only, it only blows out the chest area vents.
Could this be a fuse issue? If so, where are the fuses for the heater?
